The corporate offices of the Benefits Board and the Church Loan Fund in Cleveland will be open during General Assembly. While members of our staff will be available to talk with those attending the General Assembly in Orlando, we will also have staff in our home office to provide services as well. Therefore, if you are unable to attend the Assembly but need assistance from the Board or the Church Loan Fund, do not hesitate to call on our competent staff in our office in Cleveland. If you are going to be in Orlando for the General Assembly, we invite you to drop by our booth in the Exhibit Hall.
The staff at the General Assembly will be available to address your pension/retirement questions, as well as your church loan questions. Our Director of Member Services, Donna Hendren; our Vice President, Gayla Iles; and our President and Chief Executive Officer, Art Rhodes, will be at the General Assembly to address your concerns and questions.
